Lifestyle and Health

Weight loss and health related to your lifestyle practices and your habits. People who are fit and healthy pay more attention to what they eat and they have adopted some regular type of activity. Your genes play a role in your health and obesity but certainly you can control your weight with eating right and exercising. As a result you can reduce your risk of certain types of diseases such as type two diabetes. Incidence of type II diabetes can be reduced and retarded if you pay attention to you’re your diet, keep your weight within the normal range and have a regular exercise regimen.
We as Americans spend so much time on selecting our clothes and planning for our next vacation but hardly ever spent time planning for our meals. If we are working that is even worst. Either we eliminate our meal all together or indulge in fast food. Either one is bad practice because If you miss a meal:
1. you work with less energy, you become moody
2. it reduce your metabolism
3. next meal you take-in way more calories than your body needs.
increases your cravings
